What is automatic purchasing and how can I enable it?

Desktop: You can set up your account to automatically refill your credits when they run low. If you choose this option, our system will purchase more credits for you when your balance drops to 5 credits or less, using the same amount as your last purchase. You can opt in to this feature after your first purchase. Please note that this option is turned off for all accounts by default, and only you can enable it on your profile.

To enable/disable this option:

1. Click on the person icon in the top right corner and select “My Payments” from the menu.
2. In the “Billing Settings” section, choose the credit amount and check or uncheck the box next to “Automatic Top-up”.

Alternatively, go to the “Credits” tab and click “Buy more credits”. You may find a checkbox or toggle to enable or disable this feature.

Mobile: Tap the portrait icon at the top right of the page. Go to the “Credits” section and select “Billing Settings” from the menu. Choose the credit amount and check or uncheck the box next to “Automatic Top-up”.

Alternatively, go to the “Credits” tab and tap “Get more credits”. You may find a checkbox or toggle to enable or disable this feature.
